Ronald Lee Moore

Ronald L. Moore, age 69, passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2017 in Alamogordo, New Mexico. He was born on January 16, 1948 in Clarksburg, West Virginia to Dorsey Earl Moore and Eva A. (Ross) Moore.

He spent over twenty years in the U.S. Army as an MP. When he retired from the Army he got his Associates degree and went to work for Alamo Security.

Survivors include his wife, Judy; his brother, Les and wife, Lynn Moore or Alabama; his sister, Patty and husband, Sam Pool of Pennsylvania; two daughters, Karen and her husband, Bob Brennen of Alamogordo, Jessie Caroline and her husband, Matthew Boles of Maryland; three grandchildren, Lou Dawn and her husband, Scott Addis, Nathan and Roland Boles; three great grand children Nevin Perry, Gabrielle Kernohan, and Joshua Addis.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dorsey E. Moore Jr. and Eva Eldridge.

There will be a memorial service at the Elks Lodge on February 20, 2017 at 11a.m. There will be a potluck to follow.

Cremation has been entrusted to the Hamilton-O'Dell Funeral Home.
