In Loving Memory of Martin Torres

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved grandfather Martin Torres, who lived a beautiful 88 years. He leaves behind his devoted wife, Eunice Torres; two daughters and their husbands; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Martin’s legacy is one of faith, generosity, and love for family.

Martin’s life was filled with the things he cherished most: his faith in Jesus, his love of trucks, the great state of Texas, and church with a bowl of menudo on Sunday mornings. A hardworking family man, Martin was always there to lend a helping hand or share a meal. He will be fondly remembered for his love of spreading the gospel, treating everyone to BBQ, and tending to his stunning rose gardens.

The funeral service will be held at Scenic Chapel on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at 11:00 am.

Burial will follow at Monte Vista Cemetery.

The Torres family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Scenic Chapel to direct the funeral services.
