John Brazeal

John Brazeal, 84, passed away on June 4, 2022 in Mayhill, New Mexico. He was born on September 24, 1937 in Cloudcroft, New Mexico to Wilson and Rosezell (Grice) Brazeal. 

Survivors include his wife, Rosa Brazeal; brother, Wayne Brazeal; three daughters, Becky Brazeal, Pam Trujillo, and Judith Garcia; and two sons, John Brazeal Jr. and Michael Brazeal; 16 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Wilson Brazeal; mother, Rosezell Brazeal; and sons, James Brazeal, John Wilson and John Thomas Brazeal.

John was a one of kind individual that was instilled with a hard working attitude and was relentless when it came to getting jobs done the right way. He was always happy and had a good joke for the day all the time. He loved taking his RV out and around the country and being outdoors. He mainly liked vacationing in Colorado because of the mountain’s. He loved his dog, Grumpy. He loved his grandkids very much! He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and husband. He will be missed tremendously by all who knew him.

A graveside service for John will be held at 11:00 am Friday June 10, 2022 at James Canyon Cemetery with Charles Walker officiating.

Pallbearers are Michael Brazeal Sr., Michael Brazeal Jr., John Brazeal Jr., Jose Luis Seañez, Israel Trujillo.
