Jimmie Noel Bryant

Jimmie Noel Bryant, 80, passed away due to heart failure on June 19, 2021 in El Paso, Texas. He was born on February 11, 1941 in Hobbs, New Mexico to Charles and Georgia (Tidwell) Bryant. 

Jimmie was a reading specialist and taught in the Alamogordo schools for 28 years and in El Paso schools for 20 years.

Survivors include his wife, Catherine Elaine Bryant; his sister, Georgia Helen Byers; nieces, Gwen, Gail, Betty, Bonnie and Brenda; nephew, Bradley Byers.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Bryant, and mother, Georgia Oleana Bryant.

A memorial service will be held July 24, 2021 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of El Paso.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of El Paso 805 Montano Avenue, El Paso, TX 79902.

The Bryant family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Scenic Chapel to direct the funeral services.
