Jean Faye (Smith) Gaccione, beloved wife of Pasquale J. Gaccione Jr. passed away on December 7, 2017 at their home in Alamogordo, New Mexico.

Visitation will be held at Hamilton-O'Dell Funeral Home Monday, December 11,2017 from 6 PM to 8 PM.

Interment will take place at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas on Monday, December 18 at 9:15 a.m. with Joe Walts officiating.

Jean is survived by her son Michael Karr of Alamogordo, New Mexico; step son Christopher Gaccione of Texas; and step daughter Chelsea Harrison (Jose) of Florida and a sister Ann Kiser of Great Bridge, Virginia. Jean leaves behind six (6) grandchildren and two (2) great grandchildren.

Jean was born in Fayetteville, North Carolina to Velmer and Mildred Smith. She retired from Civil Service at Holloman Air Force Base in 2009 where she was employed as a computer specialist with the 49th Med. Grp. She enjoyed taking care of her pets and playing bingo. She was preceded in death by her parents Velmer and Mildred Smith and her brother Robert Smith.
