Harry "Harv" Hamilton Obituary

Harry “Harv” Albert Hamilton II, age 79, passed away on August 8, 2021 in Alamogordo, New Mexico. He was born on November 2, 1941 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania to Harry and Elda (Hunt) Hamilton.

Survivors include his wife, Penta Hamilton; his son, Chanse Hamilton;, his grandchildren, Audrey and Jonah Hamilton of Corpus Christi, TX; and his brother, Howard “Skip” Hamilton of Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

He was preceded in death by his infant daughter Cherie Marie Hamilton; his mother, Elda Mae Hamilton; father, Harry Albert Hamilton; and sister, Bettie Jean Rafalko.

Harv was a military veteran and served in the Vietnam war. He was an active duty member of the Air Force for 22 years.

A graveside prayer and Military Funeral Honors for Harry Hamilton will be held at 10:30 am Monday August 23, 2021 at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery.

The Hamilton family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Scenic Chapel to direct the funeral services.
