Gary Smith

Gary Smith, 59, passed away on March 9, 2017 in Alamogordo, New Mexico. He was born on December 31, 1957 in El Paso, Texas to Lyman and Emma (Arriaga) Smith.

Survivors include his mother, Emma Smith; his three brothers, Russell Smith of Alamogordo,NM, Ron Smith of Lax Cruces, NM, Larry Smith of Jacksonville, FL; daughter, Valerie M (Michael) Fowler of Arvada, CO; son, Lee E. Smith of Las Cruces, NM; and grandchildren, Jesse, Noah and Kaidan Fowler.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lymam Smith and son Shawn C. Smith.

A Rosary for Gary Smith will be recited at 9:15 AM, Saturday, March 18, 2017 at St. Jude's Catholic Church prior to the Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated at 10:00 AM at St. Judes.

Burial will follow at Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery.

The Smith family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Hamilton O'Dell Funeral Home to direct the funeral services.
