Dilia Elfida Beltran, 85, passed away on June 21, 2024 in Carrizozo, New Mexico. She was born on September 8, 1938 in Carrizozo, New Mexico to Antonio and Teresa Samora.
Dilia was an avid sports fan; her favorite NFL team was Minnesota Vikings. She supported her sons, daughters, and grandkids’ sports activities. She was also a caretaker and had many different positions throughout her life. She also had two special friends, Darlene Fernandez, Socurro Herrera.
Survivors include her sons Ronald (Beatrice) Beltran, Bobby (Tina) Beltran, Raymond (Debbie) Beltran, Johnny Beltran, Chris Beltran, Larry (Tracie) Beltran; daughter Sandra Zamora(David); son-in-law Gilbert Zamora; granddaughter Justine Beltran; grandsons Simon Beltran & Brittany LaMay, Jeremy (Sonya) Zamora, Zachary Zamora & Corina Morrales, Johnny Beltran Jr. & Nettie Janson, Nathan Beltran, Michael Beltran, Adrian Beltran, Bobby Beltran Jr., Rihannon & Amber Reeves, Steven Armendariz, Mike (Laura) Dirnberger, Gary (Amber) Dirnberger; 26 great-grandkids and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by mother, Teresa Mirabal, father, Antonio Samora, husband, Juan L. Beltran, daughter Pamela Ruth Zamora, and numerous brothers and sisters.
The funeral services will be conducted at Santa Rita Parish in Carrizozo, New Mexico, with rosary beginning at 10am, Mass at 10:30am, following Christian Mass Burial at Guadalupe Catholic Cemetery; Rev. Thadayoose Lazar officiating.
The Beltran family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Scenic Chapel to direct the funeral services.
