Diana Sue Carter

Diana passed away at her residence Saturday, April 3rd.
She was born in Nebraska City, Nebraska on February 3rd, 1948, a daughter of late Jacob and Alberta Paben. 

Diana was preceded in death by her loving husband of 48 years, Daniel L. Carter. She is also preceded in death by two sisters, Noreen Johnson and Doloris Hinze and four brothers, Paul Paben, Raymond Paben, Delbert Paben, and Glenn Paben. Also preceding her in death is her grandson, Leo Carter.

Diana was a hardworking woman who never met a task too big for her and her step stool. She made the best pecan pies in the world, and she loved to laugh. Diana started Basin Air, Inc. in 2000 with her husband Danny. 

She is survived by her daughter Melody Carter (Bobby) of Alamogordo, and her son Wayne Carter (Priscilla) of Alamogordo. She is also survived by her several grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren. She also leaves behind many other family members and friends who will greatly miss her. 

Graveside service will be held at Monte Vista cemetery in Alamogordo, New Mexico Saturday April 10th, 10 a.m.

The Carter family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Scenic Chapel to direct the funeral services.
