Dale Cole

Dale Cole, 81, passed away on February 7, 2017 in Alamogordo, New Mexico. He was born on June 14, 1935 in Detroit, Michigan to August and Nevada (Spencer) Cole and married Marlene (DeJonge) Cole in 1953 in Zeeland Mi. Together they had 4 children, Michael, David, Larry and Linda. Dale was a lover of music and sports but loved his family most of all and was preceded in death by his sons Michael, Larry and his wife Marlene.

In his early married life in Zeeland, Mi Dale coached many types of sports, taught first aid and was active in the community in many other ways. Dale worked many jobs but was most proud of the business in Deming, NM that he and his wife owned and ran for over 10 years where he developed many life-long friends and memories.

His survivors include daughter, Linda Cole of Alamogordo, NM; son, David Cole of Ocala, Fl; grandson Matthew and granddaughter Juliana.

The Cole family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Hamilton-O'Dell Funeral Home to direct the funeral services. Cremation will take place at PCS. No services are planned at this time.
