Christopher Flores

Christopher Flores, 45, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, November 27, 2021 in El Paso, TX. He was born on June 20, 1976, in Tularosa, NM to Isaac and Dolores Flores. Isaac and Dolores were expecting one large child and planned to name him Christopher Robert. Since God had blessed and surprised them with two sons, they pragmatically split the name: the elder Christopher, the younger Robert.

Christopher was survived by his only son, Christopher Flores and daughter-in-law, Quinn, and their daughter, Daniela, of Alamogordo, NM; his mother, Dolores Hicks, of Alamogordo; his brother Thomas Flores of Tucson, AZ; his brother David Flores of Fergus Falls, MN; his sister Linda Lindley of Moorhead, MN; his brother Richard Flores of Las Cruces, NM; and his younger sister, Diana McDonald of Alamogordo. He is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews, and seven great-nieces. His close-as-blood siblings included Dennis Yarbrough of Tularosa, NM, and Sarah Barrios-Cool of Phoenix, AZ.

He was preceded in death by his father, Isaac Flores, his step-father, Lancer Hicks, and his twin brother, Robert Flores.

His family will hold a memorial service on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at 11:00 am at Bethel Baptist Church located at 1316 Scenic Drive, Alamogordo, NM. 

The family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Scenic Chapel to direct the funeral services.
