Charles Phillip Fuller, Phillip to all who knew and loved him, was born in Artesia, New Mexico, on April 9, 1942, to Charles and Ethel (Napier) Fuller. He was raised and lived his life in the Sacramento Mountains, with the exception of the years he spent in service in the US Navy. Phillip worked with his father and carried on the family business, Chippeway, where he sawmilled year round, and brought music to the mountains in the summer. On June 3, 2022, Phillip left this Earth to reunite with his Heavenly Father.
Phillip is survived by his loving wife of almost 63 years, Lois Ann Fuller; son, Wes Fuller, and his wife Connie; daughter, Lara Smalls; multiple grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his sons, Bryan Austin Fuller and Gaylon Lee Fuller; daughter, Annelle Dawn Fuller; his parents, Charles William and Ethel Fuller; and sister, Deidre May Fuller.
The funeral services for Phillip Fuller will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, 2022, at Trinity Baptist Church, #1 Old Railroad Drive, High Rolls, New Mexico, 88325, with Pastor Steven Fambrough officiating.
Burial and graveside service will follow at the James Canyon Cemetery, 2538 US Highway 82, Cloudcroft, New Mexico 88317. All are welcome to join us to celebrate Phillip.
