Archie Lee Bouie, 75
Our beloved father, brother and friend was called home to be with the Lord on August 17, 2022, at age 75. He is preceded in death by his parents Clara and Jesse Bouie, grandparents Hilda and John Morris, and great grandparents Annie and Wallace Patterson, and sister Phillis Seay. Archie Lee Bouie was born on July 19, 1947, in Flagstaff, Arizona and is survived by his children Kira and Archie Jr. Bouie of Tulsa, OK, and sisters Joyce Williams, Robin Bouie, and Cynthia Bouie.
Archie was known for his joyful presence and his amazing work ethic. He was a talented carpenter and journeyman and enjoyed working at General Dynamics until his passing.
The Going Home Service will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at Scenic Chapel with Rev. Wallace Robinson officiating. The service will also be live streamed.
Balloon release will follow after the service.
Should friends desire, contributions may be made to the Alamogordo Train Museum.
The Bouie family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Scenic Chapel to direct the funeral services.
