Antoni (Tony) Bazarnicki

Antoni (Tony) Bazarnicki, 82, peacefully went to be with the Lord on January 21, 2017 in Alamogordo, New Mexico. He was born on May 24, 1934 in Garfield, New Jersey to Anthony and Katherine Bazarnicki.

Antoni Bazarnicki retired from the United States Air Force and later earned a second retirement from Presto. He enjoyed target shooting and was an avid NY Giants fan.

Survivors include his daughter, Cathy (Juan) Garcia of Alamogordo, NM; his grandsons, Jason Gilmore of El Paso, TX; Anthony Boughton of Alamogordo, NM and his great-grandson Ethan Gilmore.

He was preceded in death by his father, Anthony Bazarnicki; his mother, Katherine Bazarnicki and his brothers, Emil Bazarnicki and Julian Bazarnicki.

A graveside service with military honors for Antoni Bazarnicki will be held at Monte Vista Cemetery in Alamogordo, New Mexico on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at 11:30am with Bruce Freeman officiating.

Pallbearers include Jason Gilmore and Anthony Boughton.

The Bazarnicki family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Hamilton-O'Dell Funeral Home to direct the funeral services.
