Adelle Jensen

Adelle Jensen, 100, passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2022 in Alamogordo, New Mexico.  She was born on February 19, 1922 in Quanah, Texas to Ira Taylor and Ellen Meek Johnson.

My mother was blessed.  She was married to a Pearl Harbor and Korean Conflict survivor retired major. They had three sons who were loved unconditionally.  Along the way, her friendships were solid and lasting unconditionally.  She was blessed.  For those of you who have suffered a loss or are caring for a loved one, peace to you in cashmere.  Blessings appear in many ways.  May you find joy and peace in these blessings.

Survivors include her son, Larry L Jensen of Alamogordo, NM; daughter-in-law, Sharon Jensen; 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ret. Major Harold Ejnar Jensen; son, Eric Jensen; son, Ken Jensen; father, Ira Lee Taylor, and mother, Ellen Johnson

The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 pm Monday, November 7, 2022 at Scenic Chapel.  It will be a closed casket service.

Burial will be on Tuesday, November 8th at 2:00 pm at Monte Vista Cemetery.
